Michael represents, counsels, and defends employers in a variety of employment law issues and litigation. He also has experience counseling and advising business owners and entrepreneurs on business formation and operation, including contracts, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder disputes. Prior to entering private practice, Michael was a law clerk to the Honorable Shawn M. Bartsh of the Ramsey County District Court.
Michael graduated from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he was a staff member on the Mitchell Hamline Law Review, Vol. 42. He received his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Outside of his law practice, Michael enjoys playing guitar, running, and discovering new restaurants with his wife.
